Every creative artist can remember their early experiences of viewing the arts and performance. These experiences energized their future inspirations and desire to create. A substantial aspect of our mission at Revelation Theatre is to encourage young people to explore their creativity. Through our Outreach Program we offer an educational event as a part of each of our productions

Playwriting Workshop for Students
With Darrah Cloud
On April 29th 2023, Revelation Theatre hosted a workshop with playwright, Darrah Cloud, author of The Stick Wife. Darrah is a prolific playwright & screen writer, and a professor of creative writing at Goddard College. This three-hour workshop was available to high school students interested in writing for the stage, no matter their experience.
Upon completion of the workshop, students were welcome to stay for the performance at 7:30, all free-of-charge!
The previous evening we held a Fundraiser with pre-performance Reception and a post-show Talk Back with Darrah Cloud
